RULES and REGULATIONS of SUPERLIGA SEASON 2017

1. League games of SuperLiga will be played in a system to play each other 2 times

home and 2 times away games. The league games will be played 2x25 minutes.

League games should be played between Friday night and Monday night ( teams

should agree to the date and time). In extreme circumstances is possible to play a

games in a different day but you need to have a league board permission.

Football pitch on which game will be played MUST be 3G or 4G all weather pitch.

2. We play a FIFA football rules and if any changes they will be explained later on in

the Rules of the League.

3. We play 7 a side ( 6 players + goalkeeper).

4. Every team playing in the league should arrive at least 25 minutes before kick off

and pay referees fee( around 30 pounds between two teams) before each game. A

Home team will be obligate to book and pay for a pitch plus make sure to book a FA

referee ( list of the FA referees will be available before season). If any problems please

5. Every team who join a league need to pay Ł100 deposit before first game of the

season and if manage to play all games will get deposit back after last game of the

season!!!

Every team which play in the league will pay Ł25 monthly to the leagues account for a

return of trophies and gifts at the end of the season and for other costs related to the

league.

All money need to be paid into leagues account. Any questions please contact Radek -

6. If any team won’t show up for a game they lose the game 0:5 plus will get 3 points

deducted and that team will lose deposit. To play in the next league game the team

will need to pay deposit again of Ł100 before at least the day before the game. If any

team won’t show up for a game for a second time they get penalty fee of Ł100 paying

before next match to be able to still play in the league. If any team won’t show up

third time they will be withdrawn from league but if they want to stay in the league

and league management will let them stay they will have to pay penalty fee of Ł100

for every game they didn’t show up for.

If any team getting win as a walkover they will be awarded with 3 points and 5:0 win.

Every team need to be at the pitch no later than 5 minutes after kick off time. If any

team is later than 5 minutes after kick off time the referee will award the opponent

with walkover and 5:0 win.

If both teams won’t show up for a game the referee will call the game off as a double

walkover and both teams will lose their deposit.

If any match starts later than a kick off time that first half will be played those

minutes shorter.( if game starts 3 minutes later that first half will be played 22

minutes instead of 25).

Every team MUST start the game with minimum of 5 players able to play. If any team

have at least 5 players available to play they have to start a game but if they refuse to

do it they will lose that game as walkover and will have to pay for a match as normal.

If any team will start a match but they decide to walk off the pitch for any reason they

will have 6 points deducted and the score of the game will remain as it was on the

pitch unless this team was winning or drawing by this point they will lose a match as

walkover 5:0 and will get 6 points deducted.

7. Every team will need to register their players every season( both names, date of

birth and photo) max 30 players per season. Transfer window is open until 5 games

before the end of the season (transfer or registration of new players)!!! After this time

the only way to do a transfer or register new player is “an emergency transfer or

registration” and they need to get permission from league board for it.

All player need to be at least 16 years old and if they are under 18 years old they need

written confirmation from their parents to allow them to play in the league. Every

player in R-GOL League plays at their own risk.

Registration of new player need to be confirmed with league management at least one

day prior to the game email to the league secretary.

Every team captain/manager is responsible to fill in the players list before every game.

Registration of new player or transfers needs to be accepted and approved by the

league management at least the day before a match day.

8. Registered player can only play for one team per season unless he has been

transferred to the other team and approved by league management but that is only

allowed ones in the season for every player.

9. Throw in are made by kicking the ball while stand still on the line but can’t score

the goal directly from throw in/kick in.

10. No slide tackles and no offsides!!!. Goalkeeper is allowed to do use his feet to

save. If two players make slide tackle on each other (might get a yellow card each) the

referee will stop the game and will make a referee throw at the place of the accident.

11. Substitutions(need to be shown to the referee are) roll on roll off (made in the

substitution zone) and is no limit of substitutions but maximum number of players

allowed in the game for each team is 12 (7 playing + 5 subs). If substitution is made in

the different place than marked zone player who is coming off will be shown a yellow

card.

12. Yellow and red cards

Player shown a yellow card is getting of the pitch for 2 minutes and the team will play

one man short for every ban.

After 4,7,10,13,16,20 yellow card of the season every player will get a 1 match ban.

If player get 2 yellow cards in the same game and get red card is coming off and the

team play one man short for every player.

If any player get straight red card the referee and league management will decide how

many games ban he will get and decision will be passed to the team captain up to 7

days after the accident.

13. Bad tackles, verbal abuse of the opponent or the referee might qualify for straight

red card.

If any player/team try to fight is possible to ban that player/team from the league.

Any bodily violation of the opponent or the referee will qualify for straight red card

and will possibly be qualify to be baned from the league.

Any verbal abuse or bodily violation of the league management will qualify for being

baned from the league.

14. Free kicks and corner kick – wall should be at least 5 steps away from the ball.

Distance and if we play on the whistle or not the referee will decide or team who have

free kick may ask for play on the whistle.

15. Penalty kick – referee will show the spot and normal shot can be made (not one

step or anything else).

16. No metal studs allowed!!! Only plastic or astro turf boots are allowed. Shin pads

are not must be we advise every player to use them. Every player in SuperLiga plays at

his own risk and SuperLiga are not taking any responsibilities for injuries or accidents

on the pitch. ( we advise everyone to have own insurance).

Players are not allowed to play with the glasses on, watches or any other sharp

subjects (chains etc.).

If any player will refuse to take any of above off will not be allowed to play!!!

17. If two teams are on the points level at the end of the season than goal difference

will decide, if that still the same games head to head will decide, if that still the same

more scored goals in the season will decide but if that still the same extra match will

decide.

18. Every team/player plays at their/his own risk and SuperLiga won’t take any

responsibilities over injuries etc. and we advise every player to have own insurance.

Every player/team who uses Sport Centre premises like pitches, changing rooms,

toilets etc. agree to use them in a proper way (don’t leave mess after use etc.) and if

any of this will be demolished the management of Sport Centre have rights to use

CCTV to bring those people down and charge them for damages.

Sport Centre premises are ALKOHOL FREE ZONE( unless is a bar area at the centre you

can drink only there) and drinking, smoking weed or cigarettes and urinating in any

other places than toilets inside the building are PROHIBITED!!! People who will not

stick to does rules will be asked to leave and won’t be able to play in the league.

19. The top 3 team at the end of each season will be awarded with a team trophy and

10 little trophies for each team and also top 3 teams will get 10 prizes each as well.

Every season we will be choosing best player and best goalkeeper of the season and

they will be awarded as well as top goal scorer.

All other teams from places 4th and lower will get a trophy for each team and a special

prize at the end of each season.

The teams who will be at the top of fair play table will also get a trophy.

Every week we will be choosing Man of the match of every game and also we will

choose the best 7 of each week.

Every player agree to be photographed and filmed to use it at our website or fanpage

at facebook or any other media.
